The design’s core identity is reinforced by a harmonious material palette that contrasts textured stone walls and wood accents with expansive glass panels, promoting a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. This aesthetic is completed by strong geometric forms and integrated lush greenery, all working together to create a tranquil and sophisticated home adapted for a modern tropical lifestyle.

The design features a rich palette of natural materials, including warm timbers, textured stone, and expansive glass, all softened by dramatic cascading greenery. This luxurious sanctuary is spaciously appointed with five bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a gym, and an entertainment room, and is further complemented by generous living areas, a modern kitchen, a secure garage, and a tranquil fish pond.
